*** INVENTORY REDUCTION SALE *** -- Due to circumstances beyond our control, we are compelled to reduce our inventory and will no longer be purchasing new colors or pieces. We have substantially reduced our prices and hope that our loyal customers will take advantage of these great prices. Pieces and colors may be very limited. SHIPPING CHARGES -- Most orders are shipped via UPS. Orders from customers in foreign countries, Alaska, Hawaii are usually shipped via US Postal Service for economic reasons. UPS charges are based on the weight and distance from our Wisconsin location to you. There are no other charges for packaging, handling, etc. If you do not live in Wisconsin you pay no sales tax.

RETURN POLICY -- if you have ordered merchandise and no longer wish to receive it you must call or e-mail your request to cancel before it gets shipped. If after shipping you decide you no longer want the items you may send them back to us, however you are responsible for the shipping charges in addition to a 20% restocking fee. If you return merchandise for exchange a 20% restocking fee will be charged. We make every effort not to incur any more shipping expenses than necessary but in the case of some back-orders it is unavoidable.
ORDER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT -- Orders are acknowledged by e-mail within 24 hrs. of receipt and shipped out within 3-5 days of receipt if not sooner.
BREAKAGE INSTRUCTIONS -- any items broken in shipment are to be reported to UPS and also notify us at DBKShopDishes.com. We will send out a replacement piece immediately. Instructions are included in each order we ship out along with a current price list and a copy of your receipt.
